Celebrate the Small Things 5-8-16
This post is part of Lexa Cain's bloghop, Celebrate the Small Things. Head on over there to join up!
So what am I celebrating this week?
It's the weekend!
I finished (well, for now…) a couple of really big projects at work this week, and having them off my plate just feels amazing. I know they'll come back with more to do, but for now I'm basking in my sense of achievement.
It's the last weekend of the film festival, so only two more films to see. It's been great, but I'm getting pretty tired from being out every night, and I'm looking forward to diving into my revisions on Monday. It feels like a long time since I've done any writing (it's been about 3 weeks) and I wonder if I remember how.
What are you celebrating this week?

It's always good when at the end of your break you're itching to get back. Have a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on finishing big projects. I've been finishing up small projects (book reviews, and I'm giving a friend feedback on an article.) But as far as celebrations go, I'm especially happy that my opthamologist says my eye is healed and that I can travel in October.
