Celebrate the Small Things 8-8-14
This post is part of VikLit's blog hop, Celebrate the Small Things. Head on over there to join up!
So, what am I celebrating this week?
The Film Festival is almost over! Usually I'm sad about it, but this year I really want it to be done so I can stop working the stupidly long hours I've been working and actually get some writing done.
I got notes from my agent to help with my revising and they're really helpful. I'm itching to get back into the book, but I know I'm not going to have time until next week. So rather than trying to do some work, and doing a half-assed job, I'm holding off on it until Tuesday. Then I'm going to blitz it.
And that's about it for the week. What are you celebrating?

The fact you're so busy and have to postpone revising may be a blessing. It lets you think about the revision notes and come up with ideas on how to do them. Wishing you luck! :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your revisions!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like it's been an exhausting few weeks. Good luck with your blitz. Knock-on-wood that nothing catastrophic happens on Monday night.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you're having a busy time of it. Good idea though, to accept that and not think about the revisions too much until you have time to work on them. Best of luck. :-)
