Celebrate the Small Things 1-6-18
This post is part of Lexa Cain's bloghop, Celebrate the Small Things. Head on over there to join up!
What am I celebrating this week?
Long weekend!
Yes, it's Queen's Birthday weekend, so Monday is a holiday. And a much-needed one at that. I am looking forward to some resting and relaxing and doing a lot of reading. We're going out to visit a friend on the coast on Monday, so fingers crossed the weather improves. It has been cold and wet and miserable for the entire week and I'm so over winter already.
I also plan to finish my writing commission this weekend so I can get back to my own work next week. It feels like a long time since I even looked at it.
What are you celebrating this week?

And yet it's still a few more weeks before winter actually begins, isn't it? I hope your cold is at least gone by now.
ReplyDeleteWe finally had a hot week! We're heading into summer here in New York. Have a great long weekend!
ReplyDeleteLong week-ends are so nice. Enjoy yours. And happy birthday to Queen. I'm celebrating a wonderful trip to a fishing village on the ocean that my husband and I took. Still haven't gotten over it. I love the ocean.
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a nice, long weekend.
